Larry is a lifelong Alamance County native having been born and raised in the local area. He attended Elon University where he graduated with honors with a degree in Business Administration. He graduated from the Dan Mohr Real Estate School and then went on to become licensed as a Real Estate Broker in North Carolina. He has been around the real estate business his entire life, working with L.B.McCauley & Associates in construction and land development, Sam Moore & Associates as a salesperson, FirstSouth Realty as broker in charge, and now works a broker with Keller Williams Realty.
He has recently earned the Graduate of the Realtors Institute designation, having completed extensive elective coursework on various real esate subjects. He also earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation.

Melissa is originally from Long Island, NY. She attended Elon University and graduated in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She then attended Dan Mohr Real Estate School and went on to become licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in North Carolina. She spent a year in the Banking Industry and then decided to persue real estate full time. She has recently earned her Graduate of Realtors Institue (GRI)designation and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.
